Chuck Pisa is a nationally / internationally recognized astronomy & telescope expert who has recently moved full time to western NC and Spirit of the Mountains. You may have seen him in Sky & Telescope or Astronomy magazines as Wolf / Ritz Camera’s astronomy expert, on TV’s Home Shopping Network assisting Meade telescope sales, or as Meade Instruments’ southeastern U.S. sales rep.

For sure, if you frequent “Star Parties” around the nation, you will know of Chuck Pisa. He has been long involved with sidewalk astronomy, community outreach, and organization of major Star Party events such as the big Winter Star Party hosted annually in the FL keys. Assisting all to access the heavens is Chuck’s passion.
