Rental Policies

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation
• Deposits may be made by personal check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
• Reservations must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to date of check in
• $350 security deposit required in advance
• Cancellations on reservations will be accommodated with deposits refunded when cabins are re-booked. If cabin is not able to be rebooked after cancellation, deposit will be forfeited.
• As we are guests on the land that is home to many wild animals, pets are not encouraged at Spirit of the Mountains Cabins. We adhere to a "No Pets" Policy.
